Practiced law for over 35 years as counsel to numerous individuals, businesses and non-profit entities in a broad scope of matters including business, corporate and real estate related transactions, business formation and operation, and dispute resolution, both judicial and informal.

Lengthy trial experience including mediation and settlement and expertise in negotiation planning and technique, strategic and tactical analysis in business and transaction formation and dispute resolution, creative problem solving, and strong interpersonal relations.

*Former Chair of Allegro Music Foundation offering a youth orchestra and choir, music scholarships, and research and development in connection with the impact of music on disabled children.
*General Counsel and Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Imagination Workshop, a non-profit organization dedicated to engaging in a theatre arts methodology to increase the well-being of mental patients and other at-risk populations at UCLA-NPI and other hospitals and environments, 1983-2007.
